Inspirational and Self-taught individual who has a superior investigative and analytical mind which acts as a catalyst in identifying effective solutions to the most critical issues affecting development.

Proficient in the areas of: Play and screenwriting, Project Proposal Writing, Motivational Speaking, Life Skills Coaching, Peace Facilitating and Acting.

Currently work as the Project Implementer with the Peace Management Initiative. PMI is a peace brokering organisation funded mainly by the Government of Jamaica under the Ministry of National Security.

Our activities include but not limited to : mediation, conflict resolution , victim support and income generation within the most volatile communities of Kingston and St. Andrew. PMI is credited for the reduction of gang war and by extension the murder rate in a number of these communities.
