I am a consultant in ICT innovations for rural development. I have worked as project manager for the DFID Uganda funded rural farmer/extension information exchange project Marketplace for Agricultural Information and Services, Research into Use (RIU) funded Rwanda National Agricultural Innovation network. I have worked as a team leader in implementation of FAO's Technologies for Agriculture (TECA) teca.fao.org and apparently the TECA Uganda Exchange Group Facilitator.

I am a consultant with IFDC currently working on a pilot project for countering fake agro-inputs using SMS on the mobile phone.

I am also a partner in Hekimax Solutions Uganda Ltd www.hekimax.com which provides Voice messaging services for rural development. We record messages and send them out in form of normal phone calls to targeted audiences.

I am a Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented manager with four years in an IT environment and 5 years experience as team leader and now specializing in institutional and rural development for donor funded projects
